This is the scene we are going to paint together in class.

Learn how to paint a street scene in watercolor using a step-by-step process. First, we will use a reference photo for our sketch, then we will add the elements that will capture the feeling of the place. With watercolor, we will learn how to use the first washes to create the mood of the scene. Then, we will focus our attention on contrast and color to bring the painting to life. The use of watercolor techniques will emphasize the architecture, skies, people, and cars. This will be a fun class for those who want to take their watercolor skills to the next level.
All the demo will be live on zoom. The demo will be recorded. A reference photo and a full list of materials will be sent to you before class.
